These Honey and Cardamom Cupcakes, made with almonds and gluten free flour and topped with Swiss Meringue Buttercream flavoured with a hint of lemon, are my latest creation and I have to say they are utterly delicious!
With fairly traded cardamom, citrus fruits, almonds and sugar freely available these cakes can be good for those who produce the ingredients as well as those of us who eat them!
